Booking policy
If you are sending a booking inquiry this is subject to confirmation from us, we will respond via email to give you chance to send this or use our book now link or call us on 03 442 7289 to secure your booking immediately.

Cancellation policy
Guests need to advise us 48 hours before the arrival date to cancel or change their booking. Any bookings cancelled or changed after 48 hours will be charged to the credit card in full.

HIGH SEASON

2nd January to 31st March / 22nd June to 31st August

Dorms - $25 pp pn

Double/Twins - $70 per room

Deluxe King - $85 per room

Deluxe Triple - $90 per room (3 x king single beds)

Deluxe Family - $90 per room (1 x superking, 1 x king single bed)

LOW SEASON

1st April - 21st June / 1st September to 28th December

Dorms - $20 pp pn

Double/Twins - $55 per room

Deluxe King - $65 per room

Deluxe Triple - $75 per room (3 x king single beds)

Deluxe Family - $75 per room (1 x superking, 1 x king single bed) 

 Lounge, Large Plasma TV, Internet (with skype, webcam etc.) Deck, Spa and BBQ Area Spa Pool
