Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hostel, including dormitories, common areas, and bathrooms.
Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanour, providing assistance and information as needed.
Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest interactions using our reservation system.
Assist in resolving guest issues and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and hostel amenities.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service roles is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
